Which countries does VIDAEasy cover?
VIDAEasy is one app with editions for Germany and Mexico. When you open it, you pick your country and get the guides, map and assistant made for where you live. More editions are planned.
Do I need an account?
No. VIDAEasy works with no account and no sign-up. Just open the app and start.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app is built to work fully offline. The assistant gives built-in answers and your data never leaves the phone. The internet only opens when you choose to visit an official government site from the app.
What does it help with?
In Germany: Anmeldung, visa/residence, taxes, health insurance, housing and more. In Mexico: CURP, RFC and SAT, IMSS, residence (INM), bank account, housing and more. Each edition includes step-by-step guides, letter templates and an assistant.
How do reminders work?
When you save an appointment or a payment, VIDAEasy schedules a local notification to alert you before it's due. Make sure notifications are allowed for VIDAEasy in iOS Settings.
What is VIDAEasy Premium?
The basics are free. Premium unlocks the assistant, all letter templates, calculators and unlimited documents. It's a one-time purchase — yours forever, no subscription. No ads.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Profile. This permanently erases all data stored locally on your device.
