WompSolutions built the VIDAEasy app. VIDAEasy is one app with editions for Germany and Mexico. This page explains what data the app handles, how it's used, and the choices you have. In short: almost nothing leaves your phone.
All personal data is stored locally, not on our servers.
No analytics, no ads, no third-party trackers.
Sensitive data is protected in the iOS Keychain.
VIDAEasy is a single app. When you open it, you choose your country — currently Germany or Mexico — and get the guides, checklists, templates, map and assistant made for where you live. Every edition follows the same principles: it works fully offline and keeps your information on your device.
VIDAEasy stores your information exclusively on your device. This may include:
We do not collect, transmit or store any of your personal data on external servers.
The in-app assistant works fully offline. It answers from a knowledge base built into the app on your device. Your messages are never sent to any external server and are not used to train any model.
The map feature can request your device location to show nearby offices (in Germany: Bürgeramt, Ausländerbehörde and similar; in Mexico: SAT, IMSS, INM and similar). Location is used only in real time to center the map and is never stored, logged or transmitted.
When you attach a photo or file to a document, it is saved on your device only. We never upload your photos or files to any server.
VIDAEasy uses local notifications to remind you about appointments, payments and deadlines. They are generated entirely on-device. No notification content is transmitted anywhere.
When you open an official government site (for example gov.uk-style portals such as sat.gob.mx, imss.gob.mx, gob.mx/inm, or German portals) or any external page from the app, you connect directly with that site, subject to its own policies. VIDAEasy does not intermediate or record that activity.
VIDAEasy Premium is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details. There are no subscriptions and no ads.
VIDAEasy does not send your data to any third party. It uses no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.
You can delete all your data anytime via Profile → Settings → Delete Profile. This removes all locally stored data from your device. Since we store nothing on a server, no further step is required. Deleting the app from your device also removes its data.
Because VIDAEasy keeps your data on your device and WompSolutions holds no personal data about you on any server, you are in direct control: you can view, correct, export or erase your information at any time inside the app.
Where they apply, you also have the rights granted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — and, in Mexico, the ARCO rights under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP): Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition. As we do not hold your personal data, most requests are fulfilled directly on your device; for anything else, contact us below.
