Where is my data stored?
All your data — documents, appointments, profile — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account to use MEasy?
No. MEasy works without any account or sign-up. Just open the app and start with your paperwork.
Does MEasy work offline?
Yes. The app is designed to work fully offline. The assistant gives built-in answers and your data never leaves your phone. The internet only opens when you visit an official government site from the app.
What can it help me with?
CURP, RFC and SAT, IMSS, residency (INM), bank account, housing, AFORE, vehicle emissions check, and more. It includes a step-by-step guide, letter templates and an assistant for your questions.
How do appointment reminders work?
When you save an appointment or a payment (CFE, property tax, vehicle tax, emissions check…), MEasy schedules a local notification before it's due. Make sure notifications are allowed for MEasy in iOS Settings.
What is MEasy Premium?
The core features are free. MEasy Premium unlocks the assistant, all letter templates, the CV generator, calculators and unlimited documents. It's a one-time purchase — yours forever, no subscription. There are no ads.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Profile. This permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
I found a bug — what should I do?
Email us at support@womp.solutions with your device model, iOS version and a short description.
Is MEasy an official government app?
No. MEasy is an independent app and is not affiliated with any government institution. The information is for guidance only; always verify details and dates with official sources.
