Privacy Policy

Data we collect

MEasy stores all your personal data exclusively on your device. This includes:

• Profile information (name, city, residency/visa type)
• Documents you add (stored locally in secure storage)
• Appointments, payments and reminders you create
• Contract, housing and other details you enter

We do not collect, transmit or store your personal data on external servers.

Offline assistant

The in-app assistant works fully offline. It answers your questions from a built-in knowledge base on your device. Your messages are never sent to any external server and are not used to train any model.

Location data

The map feature requests your device location to show nearby offices (SAT, IMSS, INM). Location is used only in real time to center the map and is never stored, logged or transmitted.

Photos & files

When you attach a photo or file to a document, it is saved on your device only. We never upload your photos or files to any server.

Notifications

MEasy uses local notifications to remind you about appointments, payments and expiry dates. They are generated entirely on-device. No notification content is transmitted anywhere.

Official sites & external links

When you open an official government site (sat.gob.mx, imss.gob.mx, gob.mx/inm, etc.) or an external portal from the app, you connect directly to that site, subject to its own policies. MEasy does not intermediate or collect that activity.

Third-party services

MEasy does not send your data to any third party. It uses no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. In-app purchases are processed through Apple; we do not receive your payment data.

Data deletion

You can delete all your data anytime via Profile → Settings → Delete Profile. This removes all locally stored data from your device. Since we store nothing on a server, no further step is required.

Children's privacy

MEasy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

No affiliation

MEasy is an independent app and is not affiliated with any government institution. The information is for guidance only; always verify details and dates with official sources.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
