WompSolutions built the DEasy app. This page explains what data the app handles, how it’s used, and the choices you have. In short: almost nothing leaves your phone.

DEasy stores all personal data exclusively on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This includes:
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
The in-app assistant works fully offline. It answers your questions from a built-in knowledge base stored on your device. Your messages are never sent to any external server and are not used to train any model.
The map feature requests your device location to show nearby services. Location is used only in real time to center the map and is never stored, logged, or transmitted to any server.
When you attach a photo or file to a document, it is saved locally on your device only. We never upload your photos or files to any server.
DEasy uses local notifications to remind you about events and document expiry. They are generated entirely on-device. No notification content is transmitted anywhere.
DEasy does not send your data to any third party. The in-app assistant answers from a built-in offline knowledge base on your device — your messages are not transmitted to any external server. DEasy uses no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
You can delete all your data anytime via Profile → Settings → Delete Profile. This removes all locally stored data from your device. Since we store nothing on a server, no further step is required.
DEasy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
